This four-course culinary journey celebrates the rich winemaking heritage of Veneto, Italy, home to romantic cities like Verona and lake-lined villages along Lake Garda, as well as the traditions that have shaped its cuisine for centuries. 

Renowned for its rolling vineyards, ancient cooking methods, and deep agricultural roots, the Veneto region has long inspired culinary artistry. Balancing land and sea, the region's cuisine highlights mountain beef, slow-braised meats, fresh-caught seafood, and world-famous cheeses. Our Executive Chef drew directly from these traditions to craft a menu that mirrors the storied culinary traditions of the Veneto Region. 

At the heart of the evening is Allegrini, a family and winery, with ties going back to the 16th century. They have defined the taste of modern Veneto, pioneering Amarone, elevating Valpolicella, and shaping the global perception of Northern Italian wines. Guests will experience standout vintages, from refreshing Lugana to expressive Valpolicella to luxurious Amarone, each thoughtfully paired to highlight the menu’s flavors.
